Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing any part of the 67bat platform — including browsing game pages, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

67bat reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to check for updates on a regular basis. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amended version, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any available real-money Balance before the revised terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between versions published in different languages, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 67bat, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 67bat enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended 67bat account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 67bat or any other gambling operator where such exclusion extends to 67bat's platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 67bat is not responsible for any service failures, missed communications, or transaction delays resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 67bat at any time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 67bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers placed through those accounts, and forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds held therein.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 67bat will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 67bat support immediately at [email protected].

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

67bat processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. 67bat does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit on 67bat is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your 67bat account within seconds of a successful payment confirmation from the provider.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that deposits are made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed or held pending investigation.
• 67bat does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial services provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply standard transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedules.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified in the Player's name.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 67bat may require the Player to complete KYC verification. This includes submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until sufficient balance is accumulated.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: bKash and Nagad — within 2 hours; Rocket and Upay — within 4 hours; bank transfer — within 24 hours. These times are targets and may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• 67bat reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected, pending internal investigation.

5.1 General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on 67bat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (cricket betting, live casino, slots, lottery, or Royal Fishing). These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that product only.

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 67bat system, it is binding. Players may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager under any circumstances except where 67bat specifically offers a cash-out or void mechanism for a given market.

5.2 Sportsbook — Cricket Betting

• Pre-match and in-play cricket betting markets are offered on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI Championship, bilateral series featuring Bangladesh, and other major international competitions.
• Minimum stake per cricket bet: ৳10.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC), 67bat will settle affected markets in accordance with its published void and abandonment rules. Where no specific rule applies, stakes are returned to the Player's account.
• 67bat reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time, including in-play markets, where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or where data integrity cannot be confirmed.

5.3 Casino Games

All live casino games and slot titles available on 67bat are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the relevant provider and are displayed within each game interface. 67bat does not modify game logic or RTP settings. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

5.4 Error and Technical Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the settlement of a bet or game round, 67bat reserves the right to declare the affected wager void and return the stake to the Player's account. Winnings arising from a manifest error — including software bugs, incorrect odds, or pricing errors — are not valid and will not be paid. 67bat will notify affected Players and process stake refunds promptly where a void is declared.

5.5 Responsible Use of Gaming Features

Players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders available in their account settings to manage their gambling activity. 67bat's responsible gaming tools are described in full on the Responsible Gaming page. All registered users have access to self-exclusion options of between 30 days and permanent exclusion at any time.

67bat may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and other incentive schemes to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to real-money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") will be stated in the offer terms.
• Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds may not be used to wager on certain game categories or markets at the sole discretion of 67bat.
• Only one promotion may be active on a Player's account at any one time, unless 67bat expressly permits the stacking of specific offers.
• 67bat reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has satisfied the wagering requirements, the uncompleted Bonus Funds and any associated pending bonus winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. 67bat reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting offers based on account history, deposit method, or geographic location.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated betting systems to complete wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players in relation to bonus funds — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 67bat may void all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may close the Player's account.

7.1 General Obligations

As a registered Player on 67bat, you agree at all times to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout the life of your account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 67bat promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose except as expressly permitted.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of 67bat.
• Not allow any person under the age of 18 to access your account or use the platform through your credentials.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 67bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all wagers, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or fraudulently using payment methods not registered in your name.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on events where you have inside information, or where the outcome has been improperly influenced. Any bet 67bat reasonably believes to be connected to match fixing will be voided.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform without genuine human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial services provider in relation to funds legitimately deposited and used on 67bat. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for outstanding amounts.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting glitches, bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Such winnings are not valid and will be recovered.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your 67bat account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to activate a self-exclusion instead of, or in addition to, requesting closure. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by 67bat

67bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see Section 8.3 below).
• The Player becoming ineligible to use the platform under Section 3.1.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the Player has not logged in or placed any wager for a continuous period of 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity, 67bat may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 (or the full remaining balance if lower) to cover administrative costs. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied. The account and any remaining balance can be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by 67bat — all Bonus Funds, pending bonus winnings, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Real-money Balance is handled in accordance with these terms and the circumstances of closure. Where closure is due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, 67bat reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
